Step 1- Understanding your needs

Understanding the requirements is the key to ensure that that you get the right talent. We will take time to gather all necessary information to be able to shortlist the Right Candidate for your organization.

Step 2- Short listing of Suitable Candidates

Upon understanding your requirement, we will proceed to do a search on our Touche base to access the suitability of the shortlisted candidates. We will also assist to advertise on major jobs portal on your behalf and shortlist the candidates accordingly.

Step 3- Profiling & Selection of Candidates

Each and every shortlisted candidate is thoroughly reviewed, screened and interviewed to ensure that they are suitable and interested in the role presented.

Step 4- Recommendation of Candidates

The Staffing Consultant will then send an email of the candidate’s resume together with the Staffing Specialist’ overview to the client.

Step 5- Arrangement/Preparation of Interviews

When an interview is being arranged as requested, we will then prepare then candidate by ensuring that he/she knows about the company, roles and interview details prior to the interview. For candidates who have not much exposure in attending interview prior to this, we will also provide some pre interview training to ensure that they are ready for the interview.

Step 6- Salary Negotiation

Following the confirmation of the hiring of our candidates, we will assist with the negotiation of offers right through to the successful completion of the placement.

Step 7- Reference Check

If a reference check is required, we will then proceed to gather the details of the referee and proceed to do a reference check on the candidate.
